You have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days of the date you received it. Your return will be accepted provided the following apply:

  • The purchase must have been made exclusively from our online store (electronically or by phone).
  • The products must be in their original condition and no labels (e.g. protective materials, identification tags, labels) must have been removed.

Returns will only be eligible after approval by the Company. For hygiene purposes, the Company does not accept returns on swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, tights and jewellery. The Company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after use and is under no circumstances obliged to replace them. All returns are made only by courier services.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Download the RETURN FORM (which can be found here).
  • Fill in the required fields with the information you will find on the purchase receipt.
  • Place your products in the package to be returned and include within the package the completed return form.

  • Return your parcel using the same courier company with which you received your order and send it with recipient billing to the following return address: AXF, E-SHOP RETURNS DEPARTMENT, 56 Dios & Philosofon Str., Kifisia, 14564, Athens.

  • For orders delivered by BOX NOW, visit any BOW NOW point, dial the voucher number (to be found on the shipping label on the package in which you received your order) on the keypad, deposit the return package in the locker that will open, and close the locker.

 

REFUNDS

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Therefore, please fill in the relevant field according to the payment method. For Cash on Delivery, all relevant fields have to be filled in (IBAN, bank name, account owner). Only the purchase amount is credited to your account and not the shipping costs. The process is completed within 20 working days of the date we receive your return.

 

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

If you choose to use our courier partner,  or for orders delivered by BOX NOW, returns are free of charge.

Should you choose to use any other courier company, you will be burdened with the shipping costs and pay them to the company you have chosen when sending the package.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellation is possible in the following cases:

  • Before completing the order, during the online ordering process, you can remove the products from your shopping cart, or cancel the payment if redirected to the bank's payment page.
  • If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been invoiced/shipped, you can contact us by phone at 216 5000162 or online at [email protected] and we will take care of the cancellation.
  • If your order has already been invoiced but you have not yet received it, and you wish to cancel it, please contact us directly by phone at 216 5000162 or by email at [email protected] and provide your order details. We will immediately inform you of all your options.

WITHDRAWAL

 

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a relevant request through the Contact Form available on our website, selecting "Withdrawal" as the reason for contact.

After submitting your request, you will receive information regarding the product return procedure.

The conditions for accepting a withdrawal are subject to the return conditions stated above.
