Shipping methods:
• Courier (Geniki Taxydromiki or Courier Center, 09:00–18:00)
• BOX NOW lockers (24/7 pickup with PIN, available for 48 hours)
• Store pickup (available for 7 working days)

Shipping costs:
Courier and BOX NOW deliveries cost €2 for orders under €80, while orders over €80 are shipped free of charge. Store pickup is free.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days and apply to refunds only. Products must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned via the same courier or BOX NOW (free of charge). If you choose a different shipping provider, you will be fully responsible for the return costs. Refunds are issued using the original payment method (cash on delivery orders require IBAN details) and are completed within up to 20 working days after inspection. Shipping and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
